继Raw大受好评之后新的节目品牌就是现在WWE第2大节目SmackDown， SmackDown!的内容发展在早期是与Raw相互呼应的，选手们也穿插在这2个节目中，直到2002年WWE采取了“总经理制”之后，Raw与SmackDown!才有明显的区隔，不但有自己所属的选手，更有各自的冠军腰带，如今Smackdown已是WWE的另一个旗舰栏目。
