传说中《血腥的星期二》事件之后…9年6个月之前的传说中《血腥的星期二》事件使飓风，小刀和洪九相识，此次案件的公诉期结束之前，三个人一起经营一家名为《国民困难解决委员会》的侦探所，以此来维持着生计。拥有巨大无比力量的贪吃鬼飓风、外表帅气，手拿刀可以一人挡百的小刀、只要喝酒就成为无人能及的拳头的力量的酒鬼洪九，他们最大的愿望就是在巴厘岛的海边度过余生。太山派的右臂赵彪基杀死老大后欲控制组织，没想到…太山派的赵彪基看着晚年得子的大哥天天只沉浸在与孩子的生活中，起了杀死大哥，控制组织的邪念。刚刚出狱的魄狼找到赵彪基向他表示忠心。知道赵彪基的野心的大哥金保秀把太山派的股份全部转给了年幼的儿子，并把儿子带到洪九面前，告诉他在自己来找孩子之前照顾他。赵彪基伪装事故现场，终于杀死大哥成功，之后兴奋的赵彪基来找算卦先生，要重新给公司起名，不想算卦先生却说出惊人的话语：“现在公司还不是你的，你还落了一件事情，因为这个你会死去！！！”天下无敌的黑帮组织的育儿日记开始了，糊里糊涂地接到孩子的飓风一伙几次都想把孩子扔掉，但每次以失败告终。期间，他们渐渐地从孩子身上感受到温暖。但是由于困难的处境，把孩子留在了医院。这时律师找到他们，表示如果在孩子者亲属来之前照顾孩子的话，会重赏他们，并把3000万作为定金付给他们。飓风一伙人几经周折，艰难地找回了孩子。但是他们没想到，后面的6个月对他们来说是人生中最大最艰难的时刻，更没有想到这一切都来源于他们的财神爷，这个婴儿哲洙。在被杀手追杀的途中，洪久的身世秘密被揭开，事情越来越复杂起来…赵彪基欲消灭“血腥的星期二派”，但没次都失败。焦虑的赵彪基决定雇佣世界各国的杀手，期间洪久的秘密被揭开，事情越来越困难重重。但是飓风一伙要保护的人却多了起来，包括哲洙和心爱的女人。飓风一伙能否顺利度过诉讼期限，坐上去往巴厘岛的飞机呢？
