Nicolai Dalchimski, a mad KGB agent steals a notebook full of names of "sleeping" undercover KGB agents sent to the U.S. in the 1950's. These agents got their assignments under hypnosis, so they can't remember their missions until they're told a line of a Robert Frost poem. Dalchimski flees to the U.S. and starts phoning these agents who perform sabotage acts against military targets.

The husband initially detests the bold, seductive and uninvited stranger whose frank observations lead his wife to question their 11-year union. The husband is a taxi driver unmotivated to finish his masters degree in sociology. His marriage has degenerated into a sexless habit with minimal communication. Predictably, the stranger's presence provokes change via conflict. Surprisingly, the husband and wife eventually rediscover their love for one another after brief affairs outside their marriage.

Telefon-Saudade is an intimate short drama about an elderly woman mourning her lost son, who finds unexpected comfort in conversations with a phone scammer posing as her grandchild. As her daughter struggles to understand this fragile emotional coping mechanism, the film reveals the quiet depths of loneliness and the complex dynamics of love, grief, and letting go. Through everyday spaces and quiet moments, Telefon-Saudade explores the need to be heard—and the illusions we cling to in search of connection.

Set in a scientific environment, the plot of Șerban Marinescu's movie depicts the system of the piles and obligations. The editor of a specialized journal receives a phone call from an influential acquaintance in the scientific field, who asks him to publish the article of one of his protégés. The editor undertakes to print it on account of previous favors, even though the proposed article is more in the realm of speculation. At the same time, for lack of space, a scientifically valuable article with immediate applicability has to be postponed to the next issue of the journal.

It is a musical comedy about the difficulties of forced education. Kati is scheduled to learn agriculture though she is a lot more interested in maths.

The mole finds a telephone.

A film which is ironically related to the habit of immediate detection of meanings and textual interpretations in a representational film. The film perversely plays with the processes and mechanisms through which cinematic meaning is produced. Kwiek divided it into two parts. In the first, the screen is completely dark as the artist describes the process of making the film. The second part is a silent projection of the film that Kwiek described in the first part. Within this structure, Kwiek collides visualisations of two kinds. Mental images of a given situation, created in our minds and based on Kwiek’s story from the first part of the movie, collide with the actual images of the situation, recorded on a film and perceived by the viewer in the second part.
