Robotic cat Doraemon is sent back in time from the 22nd century to protect 10-year-old Noby, a lazy and uncoordinated boy who is destined to have a tragic future. Doraemon can create secret gadgets from a pocket on his stomach, but they usually cause more bad than good because of Noby's propensity to misuse them.

Doraemon is an anime TV series created by Fujiko F. Fujio and based on the manga series of the same name. This anime is the much more successful successor of the 1973 anime.

Nobita Nobi is so hapless that his 22nd century decendants are still impoverished as a result of his 20th century bumbling. In a bid to raise their social status, their servant, a robotic cat named Doraemon, decides to travel back in time and guide Nobita on the proper path to fortune. Unfortunately Doraemon, a dysfunctional robot that the familly acquired by accident (but chose to keep nonetheless), isn't much better off than Nobita. The robot leads Nobita on many adventures, and while Nobita's life certainly is more exciting with the robot cat from the future, it is questionable if it is in fact better in the way that Doraemon planned.

Doraemon Specials are unique one-off or limited-time episodes aired outside the regular series schedule, often longer than standard ones and designed to feel more festive or cinematic. They usually celebrate seasonal events such as New Year, Spring, Summer vacation, or Christmas, and sometimes focus on birthdays, especially Nobita’s or Doraemon’s, with special storylines. These specials can also feature crossovers or extended adventures, showcasing multiple gadgets, bigger challenges, or emotional plots not usually seen in the regular run. In some cases, they include compilation formats that combine new content with best-of episodes. Many of these specials were broadcast during holidays or as major TV events in Japan, making them stand out as memorable moments for fans.

Sewashi and Doraemon find themselves way back in time and meet Nobita. It is up to Doraemon to take care of Nobita or else he will not return to the present.

Doraemon and Nobita decide to build a perfect toy robot. However, their creation turns out to be a little more uncanny than an object of appreciation and wonder.

Nobita tries to prove to Doraemon and his friends that dinosaurs are still alive, and, after finding an underground cave, discovers a hollow earth civilization of knights and saurian steeds that Suneo must be rescued from.

Nobita travels to the future to show his beloved grandma his bride, but adult Nobita has fled his own wedding.

After a typhoon hits Nobita's town, he and Doraemon discover a wind sprite who, with some help from Doraemon's 22nd-century tech, takes them and their friends to a fantastic world of wind and storm people. But the wind sprite, named Fuuko by Nobita, had brought them to her world for a reason, as her peoples' gods are battling, and Suneo might be a key player in their feud.

Nobita accidentally finds a fossil dinosaur egg mixed with rocks in the dinosaur fossil exhibition site that he had visited before. He returns it to its original state with the 'time blanket'.

After bringing a fossilized egg back to life with the Time Cloth, Nobita finds himself the owner of a baby dinosaur. Everything is fine until it grows up. Nobita and friends use Doraemon's time machine to return it back to its own time.

Upon hearing about the story of Treasure Island, Nobita dreams of discovering and exploring his own treasure island, despite the fact all of the Earth has been mapped already.

Doraemon and his friends travel to ancient Japan where they meet Kukuru. When Kukuru tells them that his tribe has been enslaved by Gigazombie, Doraemon decides to help him.

Nobita and Doraemon venture to the Heavy Smokers Forest in the Congo, where they find a stray dog and a giant statue. After discovering that they are wanted for trespassing on isolated kingdom land, Nobita and the rest must utilize the power of the mysterious statue to prove their worth.

Shizuka ends up in the fantasy world of the 'Arabian Nights' story. However, Doraemon, Nobita, Suneo, and Jyaian must find her from the imaginary Middle East and bring her back to the real life.

When Suneo does not show Nobita the fossil of a dinosaur claw, he takes up a challenge to find a dinosaur. He digs up a hillside and finds an egg, which later hatches and becomes a dinosaur.

Doraemon and his friends have to rescue the people of Birdopia from the wrongdoing of vengeful former bird troopers before they unleash a wicked ancient dragon.
